29 days agoNothing wrong with it, but definitely not what we expected. We paid like $179 to stay here thinking it would be nicer bc of the pricing, but it's just a regular ole 80s feel type of vibe with "top quality soaps" you know the stuff they use to make it seem fancier than what it really is. Can tell we weren't the only one's fooled it's pj wearers bumping music thuggin on up to nicer looking BMWs sitting outside. So it might be safe but definitely could've saved a $100 and stayed somewhere for $79 and been the same quality and caliber of people and had all the same amenities

about 1 month agoWow! We ended up here because most other hotels were booked up. We got an amazing price cl.pared to other places and we are glad we did. The staff, especially at breakfast, makes you feel like you are visiting family instead of a hotel. The rooms may be a bit dated, but they are well kept and clean with tons of room.

I enjoyed it so much, I'm writing a review weeks later AND I'm going back to Hot Springs and I've already booked my stay here! Amber, Jessica and Glenda were exceptional! From making sure I was comfortable to food quality! Truly one of my best stays!!

about 2 months agoDid not plan to stay in Hot Springs but ended up there and it was later than we thought after we ate. At the restaurant, I mentioned all the hotels were sold out. Someone over heard and said “you should try the best western by the casino. It’s nicer than you think”. There were just a few nonsmoking rooms left. It was very cozy and clean. But the next morning we went down for breakfast, which was included. The service was amazing. Very friendly ladies that made the experience even better. Thank you so much for being so friendly and feeding us good food for breakfast.

2 months agoAbsolutely fabulous stay! The location is perfect, the hot breakfast is wonderful, and the property is amazing. But the real highlight is the staff. The women who took care of me showed unmatched hospitality and genuine care. They made sure I was happy, treated my dog like royalty, and even rushed to help me charge my dead phone the second I walked through the door! I highly recommend this place to families or anyone visiting Hot Springs. Truly an outstanding team and establishment
