In a good location as far as not too far from central ave/downtown area, but also not in the “best” area if you’re looking to stay in a nice looking area. The best cafe attached is VERY good, we wanted to go back but didn’t have time. The man at the front office was very friendly and helpful, we had an issue in our room on second day there that was fixed promptly. We stayed on the cabin looking rooms, which had a great feel, blow dryer soaps shampoo etc, kitchen supplies if you want to cook yourself, and pretty good coffee available in room. The room felt cozy and had huge tv’s. No complaints other than it did seem like maybe that floor wasn’t swept completely but I’m talking minimal stuff on floor, kinda being nitpicky bc I’m a clean freak lol. Overall we would stay again if we wanted to be near downtown and wanted an affordable option.

Great quiet location close to everything with cafe on premises. Nostalgia setting offering private rooms separated by garages. Vintage feel furnishings that are not night end but better than expected for a motel. Best shower pressure in two weeks on the road! Stay in a piece of history. Comfortable bed and clean room.

I recently had a wonderful stay in one of the cottages! ? The rooms were incredibly spacious, offering so much room to relax. It was also conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Bathhouse Row. ?? The proximity made exploring the historic area so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend considering a cottage for your next visit!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Best Court and would stay here again. The room was clean and has a full kitchen. I was able to call the office after hours. The office stayed open until 6 pm and I was able to check in. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location was great. I stayed in cottage #19 and its right at the opening towards the street. My fiancé and I spent my birthday here and I got engaged here so I will never forget this place.

We have been to Hot Springs probably 5 times over the past 12 years and usually stay in our RV. Last time we stayed in an area hotel near the lake which was nice, but then doing some online research I discovered the Best Court and decided I wanted to stay next time we visit the area, here as it looked really nice. Luckily, they allow pets in certain rooms and have a very reasonable pet fee. This property is over 90 years old but has been through a complete renovation. They really did a nice job and not just some cheap cosmetic touches. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. No carpeting but rather luxury vinyl plank flooring. The a/c cooled the room very well. The room has so many electrical outlets which is really great too. The mattress in our room was very comfortable and the room was delightfully decorated. The TV has so many cable channels to choose from and the room also has 2 chairs near the window, a small table and 2 chairs to eat at, as well as a small refrigerator and microwave. There is also a sofa with a small sitting area to relax. The bathroom wasn't at all fancy but was clean and there was plenty of hot water. Since this is a vintage motel, there are garages between each cottage/room which is great for privacy. There is a small area of grass in the middle of the parking lot where our dogs could relieve ourselves. Nice grass with no stickers. To top it off, Best Courts is only a one minute drive to bathhouse row. We loved staying here and hope to return soon!
