Dame Fortune’s Cottage Court is a charming and highly-rated property in Hot Springs, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and convenient location near Bathhouse Row. Guests consistently highlight the friendly owner, Andie, and appreciate the well-maintained grounds and thoughtful amenities. It’s a favorite choice for those seeking a comfortable and walkable experience in the area.
Love love love! Very close to the downtown area of Hot Springs. Definitely in walking distance, but with a walking buddy. The office was closed because I got there late in the evening but they directed me on where to get my key when I got there. Plenty of parking in front of your room, very nice gravel parking lot. The rooms are so cute and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, etc. The air conditioner worked great, which was nice because I was there on one of the hottest weekends of the summer! Can't wait to visit the area and stay again!
Such a cute property. The room was very clean. Beds comfortable. The bathroom was small but it worked great for one. Loved that there was a dark washcloth just for makeup removing. I always feel bad about messing up white washcloths. Andee, the owner is such a pleasant person.
Dame Fortune's is so precious, quaint and quiet. And Andie, the owner, could not have been nicer. The bed was so comfortable, it was hard for me to get up in the mornings. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture in the courtyard both nights after dinner. The walkability to all the establishments on Bathhouse Row was perfect. I'm thankful that Andie chose to renovate this gem vs. tear it down. We will definitely be back.
If planning a stay in Hot Springs, don’t look any further than Dame Fortune’s Cottage Court. This place is perfect in every way. Great communication and cleanest accommodations I’ve ever experienced. The grounds are lovely and clean, also. They had several seating areas (spaced apart), where we enjoyed sitting outside each evening. There was a small fridge and single cup coffee maker. We were provided with plenty of coffee pods and bottled water. Nice towels and bed linens, and plenty of comfy pillows. This will be my go-to place for future visits.
Even though this motel is located in an older part of town, I honestly slept better here than I have in some higher-end hotels. Check-in was quick and easy, and they did a great job keeping in communication with me both before and during my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was super clean—I especially noticed how fresh the linens and towels smelled. The bed was incredibly comfortable and soft, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. The only thing I wish the room had was a microwave, but there was a coffee bar and refrigerator available, which was still convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town!
