Fantastic RV park close enough to downtown Hot Springs to be convenient, yet quiet and secure. The access and service of the hosts is outstanding. Beautiful combo laundry, shower, bathroom building is handy. They even had ice cream for purchase. They deliver ice and firewood if requested. Sites are roomy, with manicured grassy areas, a picnic table and a gated lot provided everything we needed. We'd absolutely stay again!

We stayed a month at Finish Line and had a great experience. We rode the nearby bike trails regularly, park managers served a pancake breakfast on Mothers Day and gave us roses. On Memorial Day the park managers Rebecca and Lester treated the park guests to a cookout with live entertainment. The park is no frills but lots of space, plenty of concrete and great hospitality . Laundry room and shower house were very nice. They have added a couch and two comfy rockers to watch TV while doing laundry. Powerful WiFi very well maintained park.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. We were in a last minute bind to find a place to stay and called late, they answered right away. When we got there they were waiting to help us get into our spot. The most friendly and helpful park I’ve ever been to. Also, I had a trash bag hanging outside and was going to walk it to the dumpster, they noticed and without me asking they came and did it for me. So kind. Definitely will be back. Also close to the casino and some good restaurants.

This RV campground has me giving a bittersweet review. The campground concrete sites are amazing! The hosts are amazing! The dog area was nice! The bathhouse and laundry building was top notch! Love the location as it was close to a nice paved walking trail and hot springs creek, as well as the OakLawn casino & racetrack. The gated campground was almost perfect....but there were things out of their control that have me leaving a bittersweet review. The noise from cars and people that live in the nearby 'sketch' area went by at all hours of the day and night. There is construction going on right next door all day long. There were small planes flying around in the early morning. There must be a small airport nearby? Overall I'd rate the park 10/10 and don't want to discourage anyone from staying there because it was very beautiful and well taken care of.

This is a fantastic RV park very close to all the attractions. You are right next to Oaklawn Park, and just a few minutes to groceries, fuel and downtown. The park hosts are amazing and a wealth of knowledge for local activities and suggestions for great places to eat (Fisherman’s wharf was awesome!). The park is clean and has a great dog park along with laundry and clean shower facilities. The sites are concrete pads with grass and fire rings which made our stay comfortable. Also loved that we were just a couple blocks to the paved bike trails allowing us to ride downtown or along a stream with great views. Highly recommend this park!!
