2 months agoI have unfortunately never had the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel, however I want to highlight extremely excellent customer service and assistance from Arkansas House. I was actually booked for across the street and not AH. We had a small issue and we were having difficulty reaching the owners (no big deal and was helped). Not only did the lovely young lady running the Hotel tell me who to contact, but the owner Carla was EXTREMELY helpful and made an effort to help us get in touch with the needed people. May is add this was around 7pm at night and she personally helped. She also made an effort to check in with us after to ensure we would be taken care of. Both Her and her daughter (i apologize i dont recall her name) are extremely wonderful people and go out of their way to help those who arent even guests. I will absolutely be telling everyone i know about this experience, and I can only imagine if they are this helpful without being a guest, then staying with them has to be absolutely incredible. People dont hear thank you and you are doing a great job enough, but I couldn't stress more how excellent they treated me. 10/10 will be staying here the first chance I get! Thank you Carla!

3 months agoMost unpleasant experience imaginable with owner. Stopped in to see if his bistro was open and he hopped out of some bushes and starts harassing us about trespassing. Pretty unbelievable. I’d rather sleep in a hollow log than give this guy one single dime.

7 months agoAbsolutely charming hotel in picturesque Jasper AR. We found very clean and spacious rooms that made us feel welcome. We loved the charm of the small town and the location of the hotel on the Main Street. We will definitely be back!

11 months agoThis place is crazy good. The location is perfect for a tour of Arkansas. The room was large and very clean. The hotel owners are wonderful. It is very close to two great restaurants, a coffee shop, and gasoline. I was there with a group touring AR by motorcycle.
